The driving force behind the MGH Group, MGH Construction was established in 1998 with headquarters in Istanbul. Since its inception, the Company has endeavourer to be a reliable, innovative and pioneering force in the construction sector.
MGH Construction has since successfully carried out numerous projects in a variety of regions. Many high-profile and high-capacity projects have even been completed to exacting standards ahead of deadlines. Today this success continues with ongoing projects.
MGH Construction has adapted well to new developments and change with its management understanding based on experience and know-how, as well as its perceptive investments in technology and human resources. This distinctive approach and the analytical yet decisive structure will ensure that the Company becomes even stronger as time goes by.
In many different projects and regions, MGH worked as the subcontractor and the main contractor with its qualified technical labor force and high equipment capacity.
In between 1998 and 2013 we have successfully completed the constructions of total 38 projects throughout Turkey, amongst which ''Ereğli Steel & Iron Works Service Centre Management Building, Enka Sabancı Deluxe Villas, Tez Logistics & Distribution Centre etc.'' stands as the major ones.
The projects we have realized are forming a reference for our future works: We realized a first time record in 2006-2007 season at Bodrum Gündoğan by completing the “Fuga Yaz Gündoğan Houses” in an excessively short time such as 7 months and just in one season. (Closed area: 14,350 m2).
Our company also undertook the contracting works of the “Doğa Hanımeli Hekimköy Türkbükü” project belonging to Doğa Real Estates. The closed area is 6,000 m2, 24 buildings consist of 59 units. The reinforced concrete buildings have been completed in 4 months (infrastructure, social facilities and pools) and it was another short time record in that region.
Within the infrastructure of our group companies, we built a facility with a closed area of, 200 m2 in 2003 at Pendik, in Istanbul and with this investment MGH also started the “Steel Construction” manufacturing work.
